Why is your product unique?
Our unique acrylic diaper caddies elevate and simplify diaper changes. We combined high-quality, safe, and durable materials with a modern minimalist design to create a functional and stylish solution that’s been missing in the space. Offered in a variety of unique colors, our caddy goes beyond a simple diaper organizer to become a beautiful and joyful nursery accessory.
How many diapers fit in each caddy?
It depends! Each caddy is wide enough to hold up to size 6 diapers and with some brands size 7.
- Neat Diaper Caddy Diaper Columns Size 1: 42, Size 6: 32
- Classic Diaper Caddy - Each row fits up to 35 size 1 diapers (70 total) or 25 size 6 diapers (50 total)
- Basic Diaper Caddy - Size 1: 35, Size 6: 25
what is your product made of?
Our products are made of high quality acrylic certified to be BPA free, lead free, phthalate-free, & latex-free.
Orders, Shipping & Returns
How much does shipping cost?
Standard US Economy shipping is free for all orders over $65. For orders under $65, shipping is $8. If you need your products sooner you can select our 2 business day shipping option for a flat rate of $25.
What is your return policy?
We accept return requests up to 14 days after the product arrives. Please email kate@theneatmom.com with your order number and we'll send you a return shipping label. Please note, there is a $7 return shipping and restocking charge.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! We offer 2 business day expedited shipping for a flat rate of $25. Need it sooner? Email kate@neatmom.com and we'll see what we can do!
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status in your Account page (MY ACCOUNT > ORDER HISTORY > STATUS). You can also send us an email at kate@theneatmom.com to get an updates on your shipment!
When will my order ship?
If your order is placed by 12pm PT it typically will ship same day. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships and will be able to track it's arrival. Please feel free to reach email kate@theneatmom.com if you have any questions regarding your order status.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 States in the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What if my caddy arrives damaged?
If your caddy arrives damaged please take photos and send to kate@neatmom.com along with your order number. You'll have the option for us to send you new product or return for a refund.
Can I cancel my order or change my address before it ships?
We process and ship orders quickly. If you placed an order within the last hour and you need to cancel or change the shipping address please email kate@theneatmom.com or text us at 360-951-6850 and we'll do our best to help.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, GooglePay, PayPal, and ShopPay.
Gifts & Gift Cards
This is a gift - can I include a gift note?
Yes! You'll have the option to include a gift note at check out and we'll write this on a card and include in the package
Can I purchase a gift card?

Are you open to new wholesale partners?
As a growing company, we’re always exploring new wholesale opportunities. If you’re interested in offering our products in your store or on your site, please email kate@theneatmom.com and we'll get back to you if there's a potential fit.
Do you have an ambassador program?
We are hoping to launch an official ambassador program shortly. In the interim, please email kate@theneatmom.com about ambassador opportunities.
Do you partner with daycare centers of playspaces?
Yes! We love partnering with daycares and playspaces. We work with a handful of amazing spaces and are open to new partnerships. Please reach out to kate@theneatmom.com and we'll get back to you if there's a potential fit.

The Neat Mom Community Guidelines
This is a Judgment free zone
Our community is a space where Moms can come together to share their thoughts and feelings on the chaotic roller coaster and spectacular journey of parenthood. We treat each other with care, kindness, respect, and patience. We understand that parenthood is a unique journey that looks different for everyone.
Safety is #1
We do not tolerate hate speech of any kind, and we refrain from using discriminatory language.
In the event that someone violates these guidelines, we will take action to protect other members of our community. This might include hiding or deleting comments (in the event of spamming or discriminatory language), blocking (in the event of extreme/repeat behavior or the use of hate speech and/or discriminatory language), or disabling post comments.
We uplift, we do not destroy
Our diverse community deserves a safe, welcoming environment for expression. When engaging with them and with us.
We're dedicated to keeping Neat Mom and our social pages positive places to spend time. We reserve the right to remove any posted content we feel may foil your fun. We'll diligently do away with:
- Inappropriate links (including ones to our competitors' sites)
- Negative comments about people's parenting style, family, appearances etc.
- Pushy proselytizing
- Any degrading, derogatory, or downright threatening language
